This class will include 40 minutes of gentle yoga/stretches/breathwork followed by a 20 minute yoga nidra meditation.

Thursdays August 6th and 20th

Energize & Strengthen
Yoga for Everyone
10:45 -11:45am (PST)


This 60-minute class will begin with grounding/stabilizing poses

moving towards standing/strengthening ending with breathwork

and a short guided meditation.

Instructions will be given for all levels so you can adjust

to meet your needs while joining in community.




Classes are currently donation-based so those who are able to pay can and those who are not able to can still be

supported through this challenging time.
